KIDS and CICS project(s). Vivid Systems provided complete redesign and development of two mission critical applications. The KIDS application was the integration of the child and family protection division databases with OAG’s case management system to provide the security of end-to-end visibility of a child’s guardian. This application was of the highest importance as it deals with the safety and protection of children in the state of Arizona. The CICS application (Consumer Information Complaint System) was redesigned from a Legacy mainframe application. The redesigned application provides business intelligence by tracking all consumer complaints reported to the OAG and allows them to quickly ascertain patterns that justify further actions by the OAG.
